✨ THE MISSION ✨

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Consultant, working remotely to drive growth and revenue. You’ll be a key player in converting qualified prospects into clients from our inbound sources.

🌟 SUPERPOWERS WANTED 🌟

📈 Take charge of your CRM and database, managing a pipeline of potential customers like a pro.

📅 Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar

🕒 Conduct 45-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and turning interest into action.

✍️ Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are collected, and clients are smoothly enrolled into our programs.

🤝 Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and maintain high standards on every call.

📞 Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during downtime.

🏆 Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.

🌟 QUALIFICATIONS 🌟

💉 3+ years of experience in sales minimum (additional sales experience is a plus).

🗣️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services.

⏰ Strong time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused.

🌟 A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS💰 $100,000 - $200,000+ (will vary based on experience)
